Natalie Suleman, a mother of 8 children, is much happier these days because she is enjoying life and spending quality time with all of her older children: 11-year-old twins Caleb and Calyssa; 12-year-old Aiden; 14-year-old Joshua; 16-year-old Amerah, and 17-year-old Elijah. Natalie Suleman is much happier these days because she is enjoying life and spending quality time with her youngest children: the octuplets. In order to give her children a more secure upbringing, Natalie relocated to Laguna, California. A good mother to her children was clearly something she desired. She revealed this to the Daily Mail: “I was forced into doing things I didn’t want to do because I was so terrified I couldn’t support them and give them the life they deserved.”

A Normal Family
This hands-on approach to parenting has resulted in an extremely close relationship between Natalie Suleman and her children. She mentioned to Daily Mail, “They fight, play, fight and play again like any normal family.” Natalie faces a new challenge because of Aiden’s autism, but his siblings are unfazed and continue to care for him. They know that their home is not like any other American family, despite Natalie’s best efforts to teach them that being different is acceptable and not a problem.
