Handmade Cards
Natalie believes that all of her efforts to raise her children are worthwhile because she receives so much love from them, especially on Mother’s Day. Natalie documented the special day by snapping photos of the presents, personal notes, and handmade cards her children had made for her. Her experiences as the mother of a child with autism (Aiden) and 13 other normal children inspired Natalie to write a book, which she hopes to see published in the near future. She explained this in an interview with the Daily Mail: “It’s a story that needs to be told and I think it will encourage a lot of women to draw up strength they didn’t know they had.”
Sisters
Only four of the eight children in Natalie’s family are female. Natalie enjoys spending time and bonding with them, despite their age difference. At Amerah’s 16th birthday party, she shares the spotlight with her friends Maliah and Nariyah (9), Calyssa (11) and Amerah (16). In this photograph, you can see Natalie having fun with her daughters and their striking resemblance. It’s rare that Natalie is able to spend time with all of her children at once, but she cherishes the times when she can.
