Family Fun Night
Keeping family traditions alive is a big part of Natalie’s philosophy, so the Sulemans take their Saturday night routines very seriously. This tradition was started by the entire family, and they even call it “Family Fun Night” because they all spend their Saturday nights together, despite having different interests. In their spare time, they may enjoy playing chess or watching scary movies or documentaries, but chess and The Shining are by far their two favorite pastimes. Although Natalie’s adolescent children dislike family traditions and would rather hang out with their peers, the custom lives on, and the rest of the family, especially the ten younger children, look forward to “Family Fun Night.”
Dressing Up
Although her children are aware of the uniqueness of their family, Natalie and her husband encourage them to take part in school activities together because they enjoy it so much. It’s understandable that Natalie is ecstatic about her wonderful children. You can see how much the kids have grown in this photo, which was taken after they performed in a play at their Orange County school. Isn’t it wonderful how beautiful they are?
