Natalie captioned this photo on Instagram, “Could we be any more vegan?” They eat health drinks, golden or red beets, bell pepper, organic kale, and sprouted lentils along with quinoa and quinoa sprouted lentils on a regular basis for their younger siblings, who prefer raw greens. The green apple raw almond butter combo, for example, is vegan and served to the kids. A vegan diet helped Natalie’s body recover from the physical effects of multiple pregnancies because she was raised as an ethical vegetarian.
