Since Dr. Kamrava was aware of the high risk that six eggs implanted simultaneously could pose to the mother, he was initially hesitant to accept this. Since she insisted, he implanted all six eggs, despite the fact that Nadya was aware that she could be pregnant with multiple children. Twelve eggs were implanted by Dr. Kamrava, which was far above the recommended number. It was only a matter of time before such a serious threat had an effect.
